Sonata Piano — Piano Learning App

Important: By downloading, installing, or using Sonata Piano, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
"App" means the Sonata Piano mobile application, including all updates, upgrades, patches, and associated documentation.
"Content" means any sheet music, musical scores, audio samples, visualizations, instructional materials, and other media provided through or generated by the App.
"Services" means all functionality, features, and capabilities provided through the App, including but not limited to sheet music rendering, audio playback, and interactive piano instruction.
Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You shall not:
Sonata Piano offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription auto-renews at the selected plan rate (monthly, annual, or lifetime) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The App is the exclusive property of the Developer. All classical sheet music included in the App is in the public domain (composers pre-1930). The Developer makes no claim of ownership over third-party compositions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MUSIC INSTRUCTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50.00 USD.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Developer respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at the address below.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.
The Developer may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
